Similar to a sporting event or concert, Stars of Texas has a no refund policy.
Tickets are non-refundable unless you purchased Ticket Protection through Stars of Texas directly.
This means that if you purchased tickets and cannot attend, you will not be eligible to receive a refund, unless you purchased Ticket Protection for each ticket at checkout.
If you purchased Ticket Protection and you'd like to request a refund, your refund request must be submitted at least 1 day before the event. Once we receive your request, we will work on processing it.
First, log in to the Account Dashboard to view your order. If you purchased Ticket Protection and are eligible for a refund, you can fill out the Customer Support form to submit your refund request.

Under normal circumstances can take up to 3-10 business days for us to process the refund request. Once we have processed it, it can take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
If you still don’t see your refund after this time, you can fill out the Customer Support form to request an "ARN" or "Acquirer Reference Number” from our customer support team.
This ARN is essentially like a tracking number for banking transactions. You can give this ARN to your bank or credit card company and they will be able to help locate the missing transaction.
Stars of Texas is a rain-or-shine event, so tickets are non-refundable — even if the weather isn't so great — unless Ticket Protection was purchased with your tickets, through Stars of Texas directly.

Yes, but only if Ticket Protection was added to your order. If you would like to keep the Priority Access kits and goodies inside, but receive a refund just for your tickets, just let us know what you would like this option when filling out the Customer Support form.
If your ticket is scanned on ANY of the dates of the event, your ticket will be considered "used" and is ineligible for a refund (total or partial) of any kind.
Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser and to the original payment method.
If you are requesting a refund and your card number changed because your card was lost or stolen, the refund will still make it back to your account. The banks account for this and will be able to transfer the credit to your new account.
If you are requesting a refund to a card issued by a bank or credit agency with whom you no longer have an account, you will still need to contact your local branch. They can look up your old account and locate the funds in their "No Post" account. This is where the bank holds all funds that are no longer connected to an active account and they may issue you a physical check at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds via physical check.
If you purchased your tickets from a reseller, third-party, or another individual, we cannot issue you a refund under any circumstance. You must have placed an order directly with Stars of Texas.
