The Policy
Similar to a sporting event or concert, Stars of Texas has a no refund policy.
However, we understand that your plans can change and you may prefer to attend a different day during the Stars of Texas Festival weekend.
A Ticket Transfer is the Stars of Texas Event’s way of allowing flexibility with which day you attend. In the event that you purchased a single-day ticket (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) and prefer to attend a different date, we offer the option to “Transfer” your ticket to a different day (fees do apply).
This policy applies to ALL ticket holders, whether or not you have Ticket Protection.
The fine print:
- Ticket transfers must be requested by midnight, the day before the event
- If your tickets are scanned at an event, they will no longer be available for a transfer
- ALL ticket transfers have a processing fee of $8 per ticket
- You will be required to pay the transfer fee, plus any increase in price between the price you paid and the CURRENT price of the event you wish to transfer to
- We do not offer reimbursements for differences in ticket price

How do I request a Ticket Transfer?
Please fill out our Support Form and select the “Transfer” option. Once this form is submitted, a customer service team member will reach out to you with further instruction for processing any applicable fees and confirming your new date.
When do I have to request a Transfer by?
Transfers will only be accepted for those that submit their request before midnight, the day before your original purchased event. Please note, it may take several days for our customer support team to process the transfer — but rest assured, we are on it, as long as it was submitted before the deadline. You will receive an email confirmation once your tickets have successfully been transferred.
What is the cost to transfer?
All ticket transfer requests have the following fees associated with them:
- A one time, $8 per ticket, transfer fee (non-refundable)
- If you are transferring to a higher priced ticket, you will be charged the difference in price between the ticket you originally purchased and the CURRENT ticket price to which you are transferring to. Remember, ticket prices are always going up, so the sooner we receive your request, the better.
- If you are transferring to a lower priced ticket, no reimbursements will be granted
- If you transfer your ticket multiple times, you will be required to pay the transfer fee for each transfer request that is processed, as well as the price difference at the time of each transfer.
Do ticket transfers expire?
Our policy is intended to give flexibility to unforeseen things that come up, but it does have it’s limits. Ticket transfers are not eligible to roll over to the following calendar year. You can only use a ticket transfer within the scheduled weekend of the festival.
All unused tickets expire at the end of the event, on October 7, 2024.
Can I transfer my weekend pass?
Since the weekend pass covers attendance for all dates of the festival weekend, we cannot “transfer” a weekend pass. This means, unless you purchased Ticket Protection, the weekend pass is non-transferable, non-refundable.
